SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as P.O. Boxes via USPS.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back as we continue to grow.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at aloha@7genclothing.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.
